New Office Space

 

Complete project management services that included RFP for engineering team, design meetings, contractor pre-qualification and tender as well as overseeing the construction.  Over 22,000 square feet of new office space was built out for this government agency in downtown Toronto.  Complete move management of their 110 employees was also included.  The project ran on budget and on schedule.
